- 8 to 10 medium size squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing, divided in half
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided in half
Directions

1Wash and dice squash.

2Simmer with chopped onion until tender. Drain.

3Mix soups with sour cream until well blended.

4Add squash and onion to soup mixture and lightly mix.

5Place 1/2 the cornbread stuffing in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spoon 1/2 the squash mixture over stuffing.

6Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over soup.

7Spoon remaining soup over cheese, then sprinkle remaining stuffing and cheese on top.

8Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
