  • 1 lb. yellow squash (2 medium)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Cook squash, onion and carrots for 5 minutes.

    Melt oleo and mix with stuffing mix.

    Combine all other ingredients and alternate the squash mixture with the stuffing mix.

    End with stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
