- 1 lb. yellow squash (2 medium)
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash, onion and carrots for 5 minutes.

2Melt oleo and mix with stuffing mix.

3Combine all other ingredients and alternate the squash mixture with the stuffing mix.

4End with stuffing.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
