- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (cornbread)
- 2 c. squash
- 4 oz. jar pimento
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter in oblong Pyrex dish.

2Pour melted butter over stuffing mix; stir until well saturated.

3Press half of stuffing mix in bottom of the Pyrex dish.

4Mix all other ingredients together and pour in Pyrex.

5Add the other half of stuffing mix on top of ingredients.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
