- 8 medium yellow squash
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook squash in a small amount of boiling, salted water until squash is tender.

2Drain well and mash.

3Cook bacon until crisp. Drain well, reserving drippings, and crumble.

4Combine all ingredients, stirring well.

5Spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish (1-quart) and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
