  • squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil squash; add onion.

    Cook until tender.

    Drain off water. Mix together with rest of ingredients.

    Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with stuffing mix or toasted bread crumbs.
