- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) bag cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese or shredded carrots
Directions

1Cook squash and onions until tender; drain off most of water. Coat bread crumbs with butter.

2Combine all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish; bake at 350°.

3Save some crumbs for top.
