  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 carrot (a must)
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Directions

    Grease large casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of poultry seasoning in bottom of casserole. Combine all other ingredients and pour over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
