  • 1 qt. cooked squash, drained
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing, seasoned
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Melt oleo and mix with crumbs.

    Line bottom of large casserole dish with 1/2 of mixture.

    Add mixture and pour over crumbs.

    Top with remaining 1/2 of crumbs.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
