- 1 qt. cooked squash, drained
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing, seasoned
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Melt oleo and mix with crumbs.

3Line bottom of large casserole dish with 1/2 of mixture.

4Add mixture and pour over crumbs.

5Top with remaining 1/2 of crumbs.

6Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
