- 2 1/2 c. cooked mashed squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Save out 1 1/2 cups of cornbread crumbs and enough butter to mix for topping.

2Mix all ingredients together and pour into a well-greased casserole dish.

3Crumble cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350° until brown.
