  • 2 1/2 c. cooked mashed squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Save out 1 1/2 cups of cornbread crumbs and enough butter to mix for topping.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a well-greased casserole dish.

    Crumble cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350° until brown.
