  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. bell peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
