- 1 qt. fresh squash
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Mash and add butter, egg, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the cracker crumbs and stuffing mix.

3Pour into greased baking dish.

4Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs, stuffing mix and cheese.

5Bake at 350° until cheese browns lightly, 20 to 30 minutes.
