- 1 lb. bacon
- 10 small tender squash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag mild shredded cheese
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Wash squash, then cut into small slices.

2Spray large skillet with Pam and fry bacon really crisp.

3After bacon fries, cook squash and onion in bacon grease.

4When squash and onion are tender, add soup.

5Heat until soup is hot, then pour into a casserole dish.

6Spread cheese on top of mixture, then crumble bacon over the top.

7Bake at 325° until cheese bubbles.

8Cool and serve.
