- 2 squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Slice squash and cook with onion in small amount of water. Drain.

2Add cracker crumbs, butter and almost all of cheese.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Beat eggs slightly, then add milk.

5Mix with squash mixture.

6Pour in casserole dish.

7Sprinkle with remainder of cheese.

8Bake at 425°.
