  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 medium-size zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 8ths
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
