- 2 cups (slightly Packed) Grated Acorn Squash
- 1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Small Curd
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped Finely
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- Non-stick Cooking Spray

2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (everything except the cooking spray, of course).

4Heat a skillet to medium-high and spray with oil spray.

6Form into patties using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per patty.

7Add patties into the skillet making sure you dont crowd the pan.

9Cook for 5 minutes and turn over to cook for 3-4 minutes more.
