- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- a slight dash of cinnamon
- 1 c. half and half or cream
- sour cream
- fresh chopped dill, parsley or basil
Directions

1Boil cut up squash, onions and spices in broth until tender. Place the mixture in a blender.
