- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 medium bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 small red onion, separated into rings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Separate cauliflower into flowerets.

2Cut in pieces.

3Chop broccoli.

4Combine cauliflower, broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese. Mix sugar and mayonnaise together; add to vegetable mixture.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Refrigerate overnight to blend.

7Serves 8 to 10.
