Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 doz. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and cooled
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 c. salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

    Saute a small piece of sirloin at a time over high heat in butter until browned on all sides; put in bowl and cool.

    Quickly saute mushrooms in remaining butter; add to bowl along with remaining ingredients.
