- 2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 doz. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and cooled
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 c. salad dressing
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Saute a small piece of sirloin at a time over high heat in butter until browned on all sides; put in bowl and cool.
