  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots

    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Blend on low.

    Beat at medium 2 minutes.

    Turn into greased, floured 6-cup Bundt pan. Set wok on high heat (350°).

    Bring 2 cups water to boil in wok; position rack in wok.

    Place Bundt pan on rack; cover wok, lower heat to slow boil.
