  • 1 large fryer
  • 3 lb. pork roast
  • 6 to 8 large Irish potatoes, diced
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 cans Pride of Illinois cream-style corn
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 stick margarine (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil pork and chicken together.

    When done, cool and debone, pulling off excess fat.

    Work meat up together real good.
  4. 4
    Cook potatoes and onions where meat was cooked.

    After they are cooked, add other ingredients, except corn.

    Add corn not long before done.

    Best cooked several hours on low.
