- 3 lb. pork roast
- 6 to 8 large Irish potatoes, diced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cans Pride of Illinois cream-style corn
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 stick margarine (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil pork and chicken together.

2When done, cool and debone, pulling off excess fat.

3Work meat up together real good.

4Cook potatoes and onions where meat was cooked.

5After they are cooked, add other ingredients, except corn.

6Add corn not long before done.

7Best cooked several hours on low.
