- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

11. De-stem, quarter (cutting lengthwise) and seed the peppers.

22. Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine together and marinate the peppers in the liquid for 10 minutes.

33. Saute the garlic on high heat in a flavorless oil until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the peppers and cook until softened, about 15 minutes.
