  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. grated sweet cooking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. rum

    Hull berries and arrange in bowl.

    Whip cream until foamy and barely thickened.

    Fold in chocolate, confectioners sugar and rum. Chill.

    Serve as sauce for strawberries.
