- 1 qt. cleaned strawberries
- 3 to 4 tsp. artificial sweetener
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pectin
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Crush strawberries in saucepan.

2Stir in lemon juice, powdered pectin and sweetener.

3Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and continue stirring for 2 minutes.

5Pour into sterilized jars half pint size, to within 1/4-inch of top.

6Put on cap and screw tight.

7When cool, store in refrigerator.

8Yield:
