Strawberry Mango Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, Hulled
  • 1 pound Fresh Mango, Peeled And Cut Into Chunks
  • 2 ounces, weight Lemon Juice
  • 1 whole Bottle (11.75 Ounce Bottle) Liquid Sweetener (not Artificial, Something Like Organic Agave Nectar)

Directions

    Put the fruit into a large bowl and mash it very well. Put all ingredients into a large pot over medium and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 1 hour until well thickened stirring occastionally.

    Store in the fridge tightly covered for up to 1 month or you can also can it according to standard canning practices.

    Yield: 2 cups of jam.
