- 3 small pkg. strawberry-banana jello
- 1 c. boiling water plus 1/4 c.
- 1 can crushed pineapple (include juice)
- 1/4 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt. strawberries, washed and sliced
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix the ingredients together.

2Save a few strawberries to garnish the mold.

3Place in refrigerator until it's the consistency of jelly.

4Remove; add 1/2 pint of sour cream which has been beaten for 4 to 5 minutes.

5Blend and serve with fresh strawberries.
