  • 4 c. strawberries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O

Directions

    Put the strawberries, whole or halved, in 9-inch pie shell. Put sugar, cornstarch and water into pan and cook until boiling. Reduce heat and cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Add the strawberry Jell-O (dry) directly from package. Pour over berries. Refrigerate immediately. Serve with whipped cream.
