  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 frozen pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix 1 cup boiling water, sugar and cornstarch.

    Cook until thick.

    Add Jell-O and mix well.

    Let cool and pour over sliced strawberries in a baked pie shell.

    Top with Cool Whip.
