  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • red food coloring
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • dairy whip

    Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, Jell-O and red food coloring.

    Mix until smooth.

    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Add strawberries.

    Pour in pie shells and refrigerate.

    Garnish with whipped topping when ready to serve.
