  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with a little water
  • 1 sm. box strawberry Jello
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 9 inch pie shell, baked

Directions

  1. 1
    Boil sugar and water. Add cornstarch and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add jello, salt, lemon juice and strawberries. Stir until jello dissolves. Put in pie shell and chill.
