  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • 2 heaping c. strawberries, sliced

Directions

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Boil for 3 minutes. Remove and add jello.

    Place strawberries in baked pie shell. Pour mixture over strawberries.

    Top with whipped cream before serving.

    Makes one 9-inch pie.
