- 1 loaf unsliced French bread
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar Ragu
Directions

1Slice bread lengthwise of loaf.

2Take out inside of bread leaving the shell.

3Be careful not to break outside of bread, leaving a little in the crust.

4Brown sausage and ground chuck; drain.

5Add Ragu and simmer a few minutes.

6Fill both loaf sides with meat sauce.

7Cover with cheese.
-
8Put loaf back together.
-
9Wrap tightly in foil.
-
10Place on cookie sheet.
-
11Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
