- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. instant rice
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoning sauce
- dash of pepper
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup tomato sauce, ketchup, water, and sugar and set aside.

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Cut peppers in half.

4Spoon mixture into peppers.

5Pour sauce over peppers.

6Put in microwave-safe dish.

8Cook on Medium-high (75%) for 20 to 25 minutes.
