Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- garlic to taste
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain.

2Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and seasonings.

3Shape into rolls and wrap with cabbage leaves.

4Pour soup into skillet and add cabbage rolls.

5Cover and bring to a boil.

6Simmer 35 minutes, spooning sauce over rolls occasionally.
