- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 6 large boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 Tbsp. oil (regular or olive)
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.

2Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast.

3Roll and secure with toothpicks.

4In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides in hot oil; drain off fat.

5Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.

6Bake about 45 minutes at 350°.
