- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 4 stale buns or bread
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- salt and pepper
- Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oleo.

2Add Worcestershire sauce, crabmeat, salt and pepper.

3Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Soak bread or buns in evaporated milk and add to crab mixture, along with onion tops, parsley and eggs.

5Mix well.
