- 6 medium eggplants
- 1 lb. cleaned crab meat
- 2 lb. cleaned shrimp
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 stick butter
- 8 slices bread, soaked in 1 small can milk
Directions

1Boil eggplant pulp in salted water (keep shells for stuffing, if desired).

2Saute onion in butter.

3Add shrimp and crab meat and season to taste.

4Soak bread and crumble.

5When mixture is cooked and bread crumbled, stuff into shells.

6Top with butter and bread crumbs.

7Heat in 350° oven until brown.
