  • 1/2 lb.bulk sweet sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 lb.fresh mozzerella
  • 1C bread crumbs
  • 1/4C fresh greated pecorino romano
  • 1T italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper

    combine rest of ingredients

    cover mozzerella with meat mixture(2in. ball)

    fry on high to create a crust

    finish bake 350 for 20-30 min or finish in sause
