- 16 oz. portabella or white mushroom caps
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. of dryed onion soup mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw frozen chopped spinach. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Squeeze access liquid from spinach. Add together, cream cheese, squeeze dried spinach and dryed onion soup mix. Mix well until you have a dough-like texture. Fill mushroom caps with mixture..bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with a smile!
