- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut thin slice from stem end of pepper and remove seed.

2In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish combine onion and ground beef.

3Place in microwave and cook 2 to 3 minutes on High or until beef is slightly brown.

4Add remaining ingredients, except peppers.

5Mix well. Stuff peppers with mixture and place on baking sheet.

6Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 12 to 15 minutes on Medium-high.

7Make sure baking sheet is microwavable.
