- 6 medium peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cut peppers in half; clean and boil until the color changes. Combine all other ingredients, except cheese.

2Simmer for 15 minutes.

3Place pepper halves in a casserole dish.

4Place 1/2 slice of cheese in each pepper and fill with meat mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Put 1/2 slice of cheese on each pepper and allow it to melt.

7To reheat, add another 1/2 slice of cheese.
