- 6 or 7 average size peppers
- 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat (lean)
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Mix together meat and rice; saute bacon and onion until brown. Add to meat mixture with egg.

2Scald peppers and reserve.

3Stuff peppers with meat mixture.

4Pour 1 can tomato soup with about 2 cans of water over the pepper in a large pot and cook slowly (cover slightly) for about 1 hour.
