- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 medium chopped onions
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- catsup, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean and wash 6 large green peppers.

2Mix well and fill each pepper shell.

3Place in shallow baking dish; pour other 1/2 of mixture over peppers.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
