- 6 green, emptied peppers
- 1 lb. cooked ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. cooked Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Cheddar, shredded
Directions

1Drop peppers in boiling water for 4 minutes.

2Mix meat, onion, sauce and Worcestershire.

3Add rice; simmer 4 minutes.

4Drain peppers.

5Stuff with rice mixture.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8These can be made in quantity.

9After stuffing, cool, wrap individually and freeze.

10When desired, cook in microwave 10 minutes on High, then add cheese and cook 5 minutes on Medium.
