- 450 g Ground Turkey
- 4 Various Color Bell Peppers
- 1 can Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- To Taste Italian Seasonings
- To Taste Salt & pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 deg

2Fry the ground turkey over medium high heat add some a few shakes of salt and pepper

3While frying turkey, cut up and vegetables you want to add to your sauce if using canned sauce.

4I usually add peppers, garlic, and onions.

5When turkey is mostly cooked push to the side of your pan add some olive oil and add your vegetable fry for a few minutes until they are softened a bit

6Add Spaghetti sauce.

7If I use canned Spaghetti I make sure to season with salt and pepper and add basil, oregano, and parsley to taste

8Split the peppers in half and remove the stem and insides

9Fill peppers with sauce and top with cheese.

10Cook for 15 minutes and serve
