Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chicken broth or water (1 can chicken with rice soup with a little water)
  • 8 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 4 c. chopped celery and leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and seasonings in the margarine in skillet for 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 12 balls and put one in each of 12 well-greased muffin pan sections.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Makes 6 servings.
