- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. sage
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 c. chicken broth or water (1 can chicken with rice soup with a little water)
- 8 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 4 c. chopped celery and leaves
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Saute celery, onions and seasonings in the margarine in skillet for 5 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 12 balls and put one in each of 12 well-greased muffin pan sections.

3Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

4Makes 6 servings.
