  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • dash of salt
  • 6 c. sliced, cored and peeled Yellow Delicious apples (approximately 4 large apples)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
