- 2 lb. squash (season), sliced, steamed, drained
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 Tbsp. pimento
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Slice, steam and drain squash.

2Add carrot, pimento, onion and chicken soup.

3Mix (stuffing mix) sour cream, butter and stuffing mix.

4Add 1/2 this mix to casserole.

5Sprinkle other half over top of casserole.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
