Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 to 3 ripe tomatoes
  • thin sliced red onion
  • container of fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsalmic vinegar
  • 5 fresh basil leaves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of oreagano
  • 1tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

    slice vegetables to desired thickness. place in large bowl.

    add mozzarella balls

    in seprate container mix the olive oil, vinegar, basil, oreagano, garlic, sugar salt and pepper. pour over vegtabels

    stir till coated. transfer to covered deep bowl and let marinate & refridgerate for aprox 1hour before serving
