- 2 lb. yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom condensed soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain.

2Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
