- 1 head lettuce
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1/2 lb. cubed ham, Spam or any yellow cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1In a large bowl, break lettuce into bite-size pieces.

2Add drained vegetables, then cheese or ham or both, if you wish.

3Mix mayonnaise, milk and sugar.

4Pour over salad.

5Toss lightly, coating all.

6Serve with a roll and beverage for a nice lunch. Makes enough for a picnic.

7Store leftover in refrigerator.
